  Horrible experience. Came in to exchange my bracelet for a smaller size. They said we were past the 14 day return/ exchange. On Prada.com it states holiday purchases had until January 31 to make a return or exchange. Today’s my bday and my husband was going to treat me to a bag. They literal handed us our bracelet back and said they couldn’t help us. I guess they didn’t want to sell us a bag either.

  Terrible experience. Manager was reluctant to let me return a pair of sunglasses I bought two days ago bc he said they were in “unsellable” condition. Like I said I bought them two days prior and tried them on and realized they weren’t for me. Didn’t realize you couldn’t like products anymore. Best advice he gave was to call the Prada customer service line. Clearly only about profits here.

  Too snooty. I went in after picking up a repair at Apple next door. I needed some white tennis. They treated me like I didn’t belong because I was in flip flops (apparently they didn’t notice the 20 carat ruby on my finger or the Hermes Birkin). They didn’t have my size and said they’d text when they found them. $999.00 tennis. They never made contact again. I just found them in my size at another store and they were nice and overnighted to me at their cost and Prada FV lost my business.
