Today I went there to try and exchange a jacket I bought for my boyfriend for Christmas but it didn't fit him so I wanted to get him something else, the man at the register said I wasn't able to exchange it because it had some lint on it! Which is crazy because the jacket was new the tags were still on and it was almost nothing of lint it had! He said it wasn't in a sellable condition to be able to return . So upset I drove 30 minutes to not be able to return ! And he was extremely rude...

Recently, while in line to pay, I noticed an employee who is normally a cashier in the line wait area fixing items to look pretty. Meanwhile the line grew to 10 plus people. She finally left and opened her register. I guess the items looking pretty are more important than a paying customer. Having worked in retail, it's always best to get the customer rung up and out.
