    I came in on 1/2/2026. I was looking into the ON shoes. A nice lady with curly hair helped me. She was so nice and very professional. I cannot believe I forgot her name. It was a great experience cause I find myself still thinking about it. My husband even was impressed and decided to buy a pair of ON shoes too. He has a bigger foot so he orders his online because he like the convenience of online. This was a great experience and will be back again, especially since we live a 15 min walk away.

    Gabby at LJ Nordstrom shoe salon is the absolute best. She goes out of her way to make sure you have an amazing experience. Unfortunately, I purchased a beautiful pair of Jimmy Choo boots that just didn’t work out for my needs. Gabby could not have been more professional if she tried. Nordstrom is truly lucky to have her. I would highly recommend you asking for her.
