  Try before you buy perfumes 👍 some very very expensive clothes however, but the house wares are a good value for the quality

  I had a great experience at Nordstrom thanks to Tracy. She approached me right away, was very friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed. She also went above and beyond by helping me wrap my purchase. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate her help.

  Understanding it's the holiday season, employees are expected to cater towards each customer and maintain a smooth flow of business. I originally walked in to pick up some items, but was promptly assisted by a female vendor who was restocking glasses, and helped me with a purchase. I wish I got her name to give her kudos. After I got my items from the third floor (the ladies up top worked fast to retrieve my items), I returned to the fragrance department where it was full of compassionate workers. Mimi Dimova had excellent service and knowledge about the Maison margiela fragrance that I ended up purchasing, she also gift wrapped it! Nick also took his time in properly introducing my little brother and myself into the other collection of the Maison Francis brand, those fragrances still float on my skin hours after trying them, he was very professional and kind. His true demeanor made me comfortable in purchasing some more items for Christmas. When the service is top tier, you sometimes forget about the price and just buy! Shout-out to Nick for keeping all smiles during the holiday season. Lastly as I was leaving, Michelle in the Tom Ford section ended off my experience with a bang. Her professionalism and patience as we explored the Tom Ford collection was phenomenal. I will definitely be requesting her next time im looking for fragrances, she really went above and beyond, I wasn't looking to buy anything, but after smelling the top sellers, I left with a quality size purchase and satisfaction thanks to her. She even gift wrapped it as well, the presentation alone will make me return to purchase more from the brand. Overall, thank you to everyone in the fragrance department, they all work so diligently and maintain a level of professionalism that I appreciate. I wish the jewelry department could work with some urgency, employees would just chat amongst themselves and ignore me as I tried to see an item. I would've purchased some David Yurman earrings, but none of the jewelry staff was attentive or motivated to make a sale, definitely felt the ego in the jewelry section. I understand it's holiday season, but I would like to see the standard that the fragrance department set, across the entire first floor. Thanks again to the great energy that Mimi, Nick, and Michelle provided. Will definitely return specifically for their service. 10/10 for the fragrance department. Can't believe how crowded it was and yet they still made me feel seen and valued as a customer.

  My wife and I are shopping for strollers on the 3rd floor and Heidi in that stroller department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the options. Highly recommend going here if you want to try a bunch of options

  I went in on 12/1 to buy a new pair of Ugg boots and I was a bit disappointed in the selection but understood it was after the Black Friday holiday so they might’ve just been a bit limited. Gabriel helped me out & he was okay at first but it was obvious he progressively got a little irritated when I was asking questions about the shoes & wanted to try on different styles (I tried on 4 different styles). I felt rushed & overall uncomfortable. The boots I decided on did not have my size in stock & he suggested doing an online delivery. The delivery company ended up being T-Force. The estimated delivery date was 12/4 & then it got delayed to 12/5. I got an email saying my order was delivered but I never received anything. I called customer service & the online representatives were helpful in starting a refund request. I asked them that if I placed a new order, would TForce have to be the delivery company again? They have terrible online reviews & I didn’t want to be disillusioned again. They let me know that different delivery carriers could be chosen. Why is the delivery company with a 1-star review the automatic option? I just feel like standards have fallen so far. Also, reading through some other reviews, this is not an uncommon experience in the women’s shoe department.
