- CCCalireefing CAJan 3, 20251.0I stopped by this location today to pick up an online order, and the entire experience was disappointing. The store is supposed to open at 10 AM, but it was still closed at that time and didn’t open until nearly 15 minutes later. When the employee finally opened the door, he didn’t apologize for the delay and acted completely indifferent, which came across as rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned the inconvenience, the employee made it seem like I was the one causing trouble, rather than acknowledging or addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the store itself was a mess purses were scattered across the counters, and the overall environment felt cluttered and unorganized. For the amount of money customers pay here, you’d expect better service and a cleaner, more professional setup. Instead, this felt like a low-end operation. Whoever manages this location needs to take these concerns seriously and address the poor customer service and messy presentation.
