I recently told my daughter I had a necklace I wasn't wearing because I didn't really like the "fancy" overall look of the pendant. I loved the opal centerstone, but not the setting which was yellow & white gold, surrounded by small diamonds. She suggested maybe Matt, who had designed her wedding ring, 20 some years age, could re-create it for me. He streamlined the pendant, by removing the white gold & diamonds, into one I will be more comfortable wearing. He also created a beautiful "Right-hand" ring I had been imagining. After suggesting several designs I might like, I chose the open style, free-form ring which let him use many of the diamonds from the pendant's original setting. I will love wearing my new sparkly right hand ring and look forward to wearing my simplified but improved opal necklace on special occasions. Matt listened to me and made great suggestions while honoring my spending limits.
