  Terrible customer service. the manager was very rude and dismissive. also when i made the purchase of my purse, the associate cut off the tag on her own. That’s why when i went back to return the bag because i wanted to upgrade the size they didn’t want to take it back. This was really upsetting and the manager had so much attitude and made me feel embarrassed.

  I had the best experience here during the bark jacobs event thanks to Alyssa. I was running late due to traffic and Alyssa was able to accommodate me. She helped me pick the perfect bag and I'm in love. Thank you Alyssa and Marc jacobs.

  It was my first time shopping here at Marc Jacobs at Fashion Valley & it is absolutely beautiful, clean, and full of stunning bags, clothes, shoes, and accessories. 👠✨ The employees made the whole experience enjoyable, & a special thank you to Kassy for her thoughtful help in guiding me to the perfect pieces! 🥂

  Staff greeted me. I bought a black tote bag back in April it’s July and it’s so faded already. Not very good quality.

  I bought a bag on the Marc Jacob website and when I received the product it had a small scratch on it, so I took back to get it exchanged. The employee, TCARTER as stated on the receipt, was extremely rude demanding I show where the scratch is and for the receipt. He had an absolutely disgusting attitude and should not be working a customer service job. After proving the purchased bag was a legit product, he grabbed the new bag and just placed it in a paper bag. No paper tissue, basically handled the product as if it was some cheap product you buy at Walmart. As he was "packing" the bag, I watched as his co-worker next to him was carefully wrapping another customers purchase, placing tissue to protect the product. I am not sure how they train their employees to handle customers but this guy needs to reprimanded or fired because his actions were completely unacceptable.
