  I came here to get some hemming and alterations done on existing Lululemon shirts. I’m happy with the outcome because it was free. However, if there’s a piece you cherish I would go somewhere that does cleaner work. The staff was super helpful getting me pinned for the adjustments. This shop is small so there was a 15min wait for the fitting room. They were clear that they can only cover straight hems in their policy. I asked if they could save the bottom hem with the motivational text and the finger holes like some other shops can do, and they said they would if they could. Unfortunately, the finger holes and none of the Lululemon specific text or size dot and size information was left on the shirts. Also for the long sleeve they had to hem it a bit shorter than I would have liked because of they fully removed the finger holes. The hems aren’t totally straight but I know this material type is difficult. Last nit pick is the line work doesn’t have the best attention to detail and isn’t matched to the seams in all places. Turn around was quick, a couple days. Seemed like they were doing a ton of alterations at this location. Greatful to have this option for free hemming at Lululemon.

  As a former lululemon manager, I am extremely disappointed in the way my sister was treated by one of your educators in the fitting rooms this week. 1. Lululemon promotes an inclusive and supportive environment, and that standard is clearly stated on the front door of every store. Body shaming a guest is never acceptable—especially when they are in a vulnerable position trying on sports bras. For a female employee to point out “back fat” that my sister does not even have is entirely inappropriate and contradicts the core values of the brand. No guest should ever be made to feel uncomfortable or judged in the fitting room. 2. Product knowledge and proper guest support are fundamental expectations. My sister specifically requested the Energy Bra for high-intensity workouts. Instead, she was given a Like a Cloud Longline bra, which is not designed for that level of support. In a situation like this, a GEL or AMGE should have stepped in to coach the educator on how to correctly read the RFID card and guide the guest to the appropriate product. This experience was not only disappointing but completely misaligned with lululemon’s values and guest experience standards. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately so no other guest has to leave feeling the way my sister did.

  I got a pair of pants from Lululemon and they were very helpful in saying I can do any exchange I’d like. But when I went back, they denied it even though it was the same store that I originally got it from. 1/5 experience

  I’ve always been too intimidated to go into a lulu lemon store bc I felt I had missed the boat snd it was too much stuff to go through myself. Beatrice was so patient with me (with a cranky baby in tow, she has the patience of a saint) and brought me dozens of gorgeous items within minutes. I had to rush out to handle my kiddo but I will be back for more. Amazing shopping experience. Thanks for helping someone who doesn’t look like your usual clientele and being so patient :)
