Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I was shopping here for my mom to pick her up a couple of leggings. As a thriller and romance author who spends a lot of time filming content, traveling, and doing book events, I pay attention to how brands handle fit, finish, and durability. Lululemon hits that balance better than most. The store layout makes it easy to find what you need fast, and the staff is sharp. They walked me through sizes, fabrics, and cuts without making it awkward that I was shopping for someone else. Their men’s section surprised me too. Clean layout, solid athletic cuts, and the kind of technical fabrics that actually hold up when you’re moving nonstop. The staff was attentive without hovering, and those little red bags they carry instead of badges make it easy to spot who can help without breaking the aesthetic of the store.

I’ve followed her into so many of the stores around the world. It was an interesting visit here this morning. I was often approached and asked “ finding everything OK?” which was nice. However I then watched my wife’s interaction with the female assistant who wore glasses in the change-room. As my wife entered the change-room the assistant hadn’t quite got the spelling of her name but instead of asking my wife again she just walked away and said to herself “not a good first impression” She knew I was sitting on the stool nearby, why would she have said that? My wife liked the pants but they were too long- she mentioned that it was a shame as she was travelling to London tomorrow and there would not be time for the hemming service. The assistant just said “ you should have bought them before you left Australia” my wife tried to explain that these particular pants were not available in Australia. The assistant basically ignored her.

I tried on some trousers which unfortunately were too long . The lady in the changing room with glasses told me I should’ve bought them before I came on holiday! How rude! Disappointing customer service.

The store is huge and fully stocked with everything you could want, from the newest drops to all the essentials. It’s nice to shop somewhere where the team clearly enjoys what they do and takes great care of their customers. One of the best Lululemon locations I’ve been to!
