  LV is the new Michael Kors. It has become a played out trash brand that every little girl has. Quality and customer has gone into the gutter. Couldn’t get help from anyone at this store regarding a defective zipper in my shoes. Just horrible customer service and support.

  Totally disappointed of the Return!!! I wanted to return the parfume set because some containers has leaks. Moreover that is absolutely not comfortable to use parfumes with no spray. Louis Vuitton has decided my Return & Refund request even by phone. Also I admit the disrespect to their clients. Will never buy again from this brand.

  I had an amazing experience at the Louis Vuitton store in UTC La Jolla! It was my first LV purchase and Solange made it truly special. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail about the bags. I also loved that she spoke Portuguese, which made me feel so comfortable and confident with my choice. Outstanding service. Thank you, Solange!
