  They should have more professional people to work there I don’t recommend this store at all. Service is bad.

  Have dropped off 2 bags for service, and I am not a fan of the gentleman who is the service advisor. He is very dismissive and rude. One bag after about 8 months had hardware that was tarnishing. He said this is normal and I should clean it. I didn’t know a bag I used a few times in a few months and cost me $2,500 would tarnish so quickly. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by accepting it and cleaning it. Second bag was only a month old and it started to peel. He said I hit it with something and that’s what caused it. Again only used once and I’m super careful, but her it may have bumped something and got scratched and smashed/ tore a bit. He sent it out and again the experience was not the best. Again dismissive and just very short. Not the customer service I expect when spending $3,800 on a tote. After 4 weeks they said nothing could be repaired and gave it back to me. I pick up my bag and once again the guy comes out hands me my bag and quickly runs off. Did not offer to show me my bag, or etc. terrible customer service. Needless to say I will not ever come back to LV in Fashion, and may not buy LV again. Way better service at Gucci, Chanel and Dior. Very disappointing. Just for reference I have 7 LV bags; canvas and black leather

  Exceptionally disappointed with their follow-through. Purchased an item in store, was promised shipment on a certain date, and nothing ever happened until I actually called them to remind them. Would not do business with this store.

  Went after a work meeting where I pulled out my Hobonichi and displayed my stickers to everyone in the conference room. Hehe, embarrassing... Although they didn't have a planner cover that fit my model Yadira Vazquez showed me some other cute items so that I didn't leave the store empty handed. She was so warm and welcoming that I didn't walk away disappointed and empty handed from my visit. Sometimes you just need a little commemorative treat after a successful project! The store remodeling is so palatial it looks like your entering a different room in Versailles. Just lovely!

  We went to the store and received a warm welcome from Haoxin. He was so nice and helpful! I really liked the limited-edition Murakami Vivienne bag charm. The store was also welcoming to my small dog. Thank you again, Haoxin.
