Ive been coming here for over 15 years and always enjoyed the staff, sales the fact its close by work and they always seemed to be well stocked.But if most people dont know if they dont follow the development. The JCPenney at Fashion Valley Mall is closing at the end of 2025 to make way for a major redevelopment by mall owner Simon Property Group, which includes new luxury apartments, retail, and dining, transforming the area into a mixed-use community. The store is slated to close by the end of 2025. Unsure if timeline is still the same. But they are closing for sure.... Simon Property Group plans to build a large-scale, live-work-play community, featuring 850 apartments, 100,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and green spaces. The closure is part of Fashion Valley's multi-year renovation and adaptation to modern retail trends, replacing the traditional department store with residential and lifestyle offerings. So wished I could give the staff and store a big hug for all the wonderful deals I recevied over the years
