You would think after the fourth time saying NO, someone would get it, but giving in because of the harassment, the employee had the nerve to look at the other coworker and tally the number of people they got in a short amount of time! JCPENNEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I will never shop there again.

Come December 26, it had been rerouted to NY for some reason. I asked for a cancelation and refund on the 27 or 28. By January 16, I had not received my refund or confirmation email yet. After escalating the issue through the customer service line, I was encouraged to call the store directly and speak with the jewelry manager. I called the jewelry department and spoke to a “manager”. She said that she would have to speak to the actual department manager about the issue and promised he would call me once he was in at 12. 11 days later, I am calling customer service and the store to ask for my refund AGAIN. The jewelry department manager never called me about my order on the 16th. 2 months trying to get a refund is RIDICULOUS.

Bathroom is filthy, sinks, soap and 1 existing towel dispenser ALL not working much if at all. No where to set unpurchased merchandise outside restroom, chairs gone too. Prices very high even on clearance. Same shoe--Clarks $49.98 online was $100 there.
