  I was trying to find a dress at the last minute for a Don't Mind Me Foundation event in Palm Springs, and the weather had become unseasonably warm, so the dress I originally selected wouldn't work. I went in after going to other stores in the mall, and I was able to find this dress, which was exactly what I was looking for, but I didn't know I wanted. I could not have found something this perfect that fit like a glove!! Thank you, JCPenney, for always being consistently wonderful.

  Honestly, the worst experience. Trying to simply check out, and I'm repeatedly asked to sign up for their credit card. You would think after the fourth time saying NO, someone would get it, but giving in because of the harassment, the employee had the nerve to look at the other coworker and tally the number of people they got in a short amount of time! JCPENNEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I will never shop there again.

  Not extremely happy with the service they were nice and everything but the jewelry that was they do not back it up they did the class was not working and I just got it for my anniversary and it was like hello it was 2 days ago and I can't even wear it then I went to Kay Jewelers in the same mall and they fixed it without a problem it wasn't going to cost me $90 they did it for free

  JEWELRY ORDER EXPERIENCE : Ordered a wedding band on black Friday (Nov 28) and it was scheduled to be delivered on December 26. Come December 26, it had been rerouted to NY for some reason. I asked for a cancelation and refund on the 27 or 28. By January 16, I had not received my refund or confirmation email yet. After escalating the issue through the customer service line, I was encouraged to call the store directly and speak with the jewelry manager. I called the jewelry department and spoke to a “manager”. She said that she would have to speak to the actual department manager about the issue and promised he would call me once he was in at 12. 11 days later, I am calling customer service and the store to ask for my refund AGAIN. The jewelry department manager never called me about my order on the 16th. 2 months trying to get a refund is RIDICULOUS.
