  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I placed an order for delivery for my daughters birthday with a specific bundle that had a cake with strawberries atop and strawberries in a box with a balloon that read happy birthday. She got a cake but it wasn't the one I ordered, it did not have strawberries on top and had heart sprinkles, and the balloon was missing. I also ordered extra balloons that were $20 and vegan gummy bears that totaled $14 and neither extra was present. I tried calling and got no answer. I left a message explaining what happened and that I wanted a refund for the items that were not delivered and haven't received a call back or a refund. Customer service is terrible, my daughters birthday surprise was ruined, and I guess I now have to just eat that wasted money. I live in Michigan and this was my daughters first birthday away from family and I wanted it to be special but instead it was just meh. Thanks for nothing.

  Ordered this as a Birthday gifts for a friend who lives out of State! I was very disappointed to see this is what they received! It just felt like i was being an inconvenience to the shop that they couldn’t even add white drizzling to the strawberries or apples. I also took the time with the representative over the phone to write out a heartfelt message and it wasn’t even sent! I tried emailing the store a “customer inquiry” personally to let them know i was unhappy of the services, it’s been 72 hrs and no response! Again, it just feels like in inconveniencing the store!

  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order worth nearly $200 for a young lady’s birthday—meant to be a special surprise from her grandmother overseas. My pickup time was 5:30 PM, and when I arrived at the store it was 5:20 PM. When I gave my name, the employee panicked and told me my order had already been given to someone else. I was left waiting for almost an hour while they tried to fix their mistake. Eventually, a manager came out, apologized, and said they were redoing part of my order. The explanation I was given was that someone else had a “similar name,” and my order was handed to the wrong person. That is not an acceptable excuse—verifying an order is basic customer service. I did eventually receive my order, but my time was completely disregarded, and the birthday surprise was unnecessarily stressful. For the amount of money paid and the importance of the occasion, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I expected much better.

  The two times I have ordered a delivery from this store, things have been missing and the fruit was toppled over. I reached out via email to their customer service, and my mother (who ordered one of the deliveries) talked to the store employees, and there was no response/resolve either time. I would advise against ordering from edible arrangements, especially this store.
