- MGMallory GoucherJul 18, 20251.0LOOKED TASTY AND BEAUTIFUL, BUT I WOULDN'T KNOW BECAUSE IT NEVER SHOWED UP, AND REFUNDS AREN'T A THING APPARENTLY. I ordered an arrangement for same-day, expedited delivery on 07/16/25 for my husband's birthday. He's in the military, stationed far from home, and I was hoping to brighten his day. Despite paying for 1-hour delivery, the arrangement never arrived on time. I contacted the store multiple times and was repeatedly reassured that the driver was nearby, but the delivery missed the window, and my husband had to leave for work. Mind you, I was very patient throughout majority of the process. (I did not get mad until today 07/18/25). I later spoke with the driver, who said no one from the store had contacted him at all and that he was told to deliver it by 1pm. The store promised a redelivery for later that evening. That never happened either. I called again the next day, and each time I got the same employee, who denied prior conversations even when reminded. I asked for a refund multiple times but was never contacted by a manager or given a resolution. After several attempts, I spoke with the same person who said the item may have been delivered by a third party (possibly an Uber driver), but I still have not received a refund or confirmation of what actually happened. I was offered a redelivery again, but at this point, I no longer trust the process. This was a special moment for my family, and it became a source of stress instead. I hope this feedback helps improve their communication and accountability in the future.
- SSShortyJul 15, 20252.0My family and I stopped here for a dessert. There was only 1 lady working her name was Laura . Her customer service was non existent she didn’t greet us and wasn’t helpful . We ended up ordering 3 cupcakes, and she kept insisting that we should buy 6 . I made it very clear that we just wanted 3. Then it to about 3 minutes to figure out the register so we can get exactly what we wanted. So we paid then she went to the back without saying anything for like 5 minutes. We had to step outside because it was so hot inside. When she finally came out with our cupcakes . I guess she realized she took along time that she apologized for taking so long. Overall the cupcakes were decent after they thawed out.
