When I went to check out I asked if they had a certain shoe and she looked it up for me and come to find out they did carry it and even better they had my Size too, so I brought that shoe too. She took the time to show me different options that were available without ever being pushy, and because of that, my shopping experience was much better than expected. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly seemed to care about helping rather than just doing her job. Employees like her are what make customers want to come back. I think DSW is lucky to have her. Thanks again (I believe her name was Mia, but I’m not 100% certain. She is a Hispanic woman, likely in her 40s–50s, and I wanted to make sure the correct employee receives the credit for this excellent service.)
