The problem comes today when my girlfriend picked it up. The service was unsatisfactory to say the least. She was not greeted when she walked in, whereas two other patrons were immediately after. She was practically ignored until she had to go up and say she was here to pick up a bag. This is not the service I would expect after spending close to $5000 on the bag. No complaints with the bag itself and want to thank Joshua for the service specifically
