What I don’t understand is why they didn’t just tell me on the phone (her name was Ana) that I could come in but they will not be able to release the item yet, instead of leading me to believe otherwise. When I arrived at the store this “Ana” person pretended like she didn’t say that which frustrated me even more. Horrible customer service. Still waiting to pick up said bracelet.
