  My first time in David Yurman with my long term bf who wanted to buy me a bday gift. Our sales associate Sammie was AMAZING. He truly made our experience so special. I ended up getting a sweet little necklace that I loved so much. I definitely plan on coming back and getting some of the stacking bracelets. I haven’t worn jewelry in about 15 years bc I don’t like how it feels on me but Sammie was so helpful in getting me the right size so that it felt nice to wear. I am now a huge David yurman fan bc of how nice this experience was and can’t wait to go back for my next piece. Thank you Sammie! <3

  Great store. They finally upgraded store tier size so they will have more items in stock. Working with Kristen is fantastic. She really takes the time to understand our style and work within our available resources. Patty always makes us feel like welcomed patrons. Keep up the great work guys. (Buyers, this is not an inexpensive brand. Get ready to spend some cash at this place)

  I ordered a bracelet online and the next day I called to see if I could pick it up in ‘20 min” the person on the other line did inform me that it hadn’t populated yet BUT I could come in and she will be setting aside my piece for me, so, I show up within 20 min and when I arrive they say they can’t give it to me yet as it hasn’t populated and if I wanted I could REPURCHASE it and they would decline my online order which would mean those funds would take up to 7 business days to come back to my card. What I don’t understand is why they didn’t just tell me on the phone (her name was Ana) that I could come in but they will not be able to release the item yet, instead of leading me to believe otherwise. When I arrived at the store this “Ana” person pretended like she didn’t say that which frustrated me even more. Horrible customer service. Still waiting to pick up said bracelet.
