  They don’t have the C De Cartier Sunglasses and they want me to go to Nordstrom. What’s the point having a Cartier store if another store that carries your product.

  I wanted to give a shout out to MJ for excellent service. I went to the store a couple of times before my purchase. Once I decided on what I wanted I gave my wish list to my husband to go in. MJ was just as nice to my husband. Now the bad. It takes an extremely long time to check out. I've gotten an item from their store in HPV and it is also a drawn out experience to check out. If you are in a hurry maybe order online and pick up? (Don't know if they do that). Anyway, I love my necklace and I would go through the drawn out checkout again because the products and service are wonderful.

  My experience with Cartier was mixed. The jewelry service department was very disappointing — my ring is less than two years old, and when a diamond fell out, I was immediately told I would be charged and blamed, with no mention of warranty, empathy, or responsibility. This felt far from what the Cartier brand once stood for. Thankfully, JOLIE, the sales associate, completely changed the experience. She truly cared, fought for me with the service department, and successfully resolved the issue. Her dedication, professionalism, and advocacy were exceptional. Huge kudos to JOLIE— she saved the experience. All 5 stars going just to Jolie
