They gave us the space to explore comfortably while also offering thoughtful recommendations and guidance while never being pushy and always helpful. The collection itself was genuinely impressive, well-curated, stylish, and versatile, with a great balance of classic staples and modern designs. Everything looked sharp, premium, and thoughtfully laid out, making browsing genuinely enjoyable. Kosta was especially amazing, incredibly patient and attentive. He helped me try on several options, offered honest feedback, and made the entire process feel effortless. He also went above and beyond by assisting with online orders, which made things even more seamless. What started as casual browsing ended with us buying quite a few items, which speaks volumes about the service and experience.
