Gracias a ella, la experiencia de compra empezó muy bien. Sin embargo, todo cambió al llegar a caja. Había una señora con lentes a quien le pedimos amablemente en repetidas ocasiones que nos apoyara para cobrar. Lamentablemente, nos ignoró por completo, fingiendo estar doblando ropa, aun cuando mi esposa la tenía de frente y era evidente que le estábamos hablando. En ningún momento nos dirigió la mirada. Lo más incómodo fue que, casi de inmediato, otra persona se acercó a pedir un precio y a ella sí la escuchó y atendió sin problema, lo cual hizo sentir la situación aún más evidente y desagradable. Entiendo que trabajen por comisiones, pero al final del día están en una tienda de servicio al cliente, y esa actitud deja una muy mala impresión. Afortunadamente, la excelente atención de la chica que nos apoyó en piso logró compensar un poco esta mala experiencia, pero definitivamente es un punto que la tienda debería revisar.
