Extremely rude service from the “manager” Cody. I ironically used to work for an American Eagle years back and couldn’t imagine responding to a customer with attitude the way he did to me. I was a little bit upset that I wasn’t able to return something that was never worn due to it being outside of the return window. I never gave him any type of disrespect. I just was reiterating what my options were, and if they even had the item in the store. He wasn’t clear on my options and responded to me with a rude and sarcastic response. It’s unacceptable as a Manager. I hope his manager sees this and can coach him accordingly.

Like others are saying, it's pretty shitty here. All prices are deceptive and marked up significantly from online. Hardly anyone actually works here and the one who is was rather rude saying we can't show him prices on Google even though it was pulling from their website. You have to double check and show the price at the register, but they're likely counting on you not checking. According to other reviews, they may not even honor sale prices.

Hate to say it but one of the worst shopping experiences I had in the States, especially when most of the team working there lacks the basic customer service training. Hostile and aggressive behavior from their manager when she was challenged on a sale the shop is offering, yet she refused to honour. Some employees kept their professional approach which is always welcome but their manager needs basic training on how to talk or treat the customers. Save your time/money and shop somewhere else, or other American Eagle shops cause their products are pretty nice but this branch definitely isn't worth your time.
