  I HAVE NEVER WANTED TO WRITE A REVIEW SO QUICKLY. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. I WAS IN THE STORE TODAY IN SAN DIEGO. THERE WAS A MALE CUSTOMER YELLING, SCREAMING AND CUSSING AT SALES PEOPLE. IT WAS SCARY. EVERYONE IN THE STORE AT THE TIME STOPPED IN THEIR TRACKS. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ESCORTED OUT OF THE STORE BY SECURITY IMMEDIATELY. THE WOMAN, PROBABLY A MANAGER WAITED ON HIM LIKE HE WAS A PRIZED POSSESSION. SHE SHOULD HAVE PROTECTED HER EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE VERY YOUNG AND LOOKED TERRIFIED. I WAS TERRIFIED. IT WAS TERRIBLE THE WAY THEY WERE TREATED BY THE CUSTOMER. THEN ADDING INSULT TO INJURY, THE MANAGER DISMISSED HER EMPLOYEES’ FEELINGS AND CATERED TO THIS OBNOXIOUS, THREATENING CUSTOMER.

  I was really disappointed with this Alo store. The overall vibe felt very low-end—more like a Payless than a premium brand. On top of that, the store manager came across as rude and condescending, giving customers ultimatums about being the “last time” they could change sizes. Definitely not the kind of shopping experience I expected from Alo.
