  TIP TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are so sweet and accommodating that I came back the very next day to make a few purchases! The first time I walked in the store, they greeted me and offered me to browse freely and I didn’t feel obligated at all. I was freely roaming and them informing me details of the products. I didn’t even buy anything on the first time I went in and they offered water to me and my pup. I knew at that point, I will come back for the wallet I was eyeing. The very next day, sure enough I picked up the wallet and texted Yoli to prepare the wallet for check out. She offered to browse more products and offered me back door insights of the other bags that were not displayed. She was very patient with my ever changing mind🤣 the manager Benny was letting her do her thang and I love that. He was just there if there was any questions. Overall, great experience. I will definitely return to this store! I love Celine and the way the SAs made me feel during my visit!

  In love with the Celine store at fashion Valley. Their sale associate Mari treats us so well as well as the other staff members. Got tequila shots for my B-Day!! 🤪
