  I stopped by the Cartier store just before Valentine's Day to purchase bracelet . Initially, I intended to order it online—specifically because I wanted to have it engraved—and online orders are typically processed and deliverer within about three days. However, I ultimately decided that I preferred the experience of shopping in person at the store. When I purchased the bracelet , the sales associate was very pleasant; she assured me that I could return at any time and that the engraving process would be completed very quickly. Today, I returned to the store to have this done. However, I was told that I would have to wait three to four weeks for the work to be completed. This left me feeling as though I was no longer a priority—as if I were just another transaction rather than a valued customer. I would like to suggest to the sales staff that this level of customer care is inappropriate for a brand of this caliber; if you treat customers this way, who would ever want to shop here again?

  There contracts security treated me as if I were a shoplifting at the store. There catering go towards second hand espanola customers I’m only a Mission valley resident looking for a new watches but that is bad/poor management

  They don’t have the C De Cartier Sunglasses and they want me to go to Nordstrom. What’s the point having a Cartier store if another store that carries your product.

  I wanted to give a shout out to MJ for excellent service. I went to the store a couple of times before my purchase. Once I decided on what I wanted I gave my wish list to my husband to go in. MJ was just as nice to my husband. Now the bad. It takes an extremely long time to check out. I've gotten an item from their store in HPV and it is also a drawn out experience to check out. If you are in a hurry maybe order online and pick up? (Don't know if they do that). Anyway, I love my necklace and I would go through the drawn out checkout again because the products and service are wonderful.
