  The slender young woman skinny standing right at the entrance displayed an incredibly rude attitude when I stopped by to shop today. Given that this is a high-end brand, I expected to be welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm throughout the entire service experience. Upon entering the store to shop, I anticipated being treated with respect.

  I ordered from the store something because they didn’t have my size and he said 3-4 days. After 5 days I was simply just calling the store to check where the order was or when it was going to arrive. The guy had the worst attitude and told me call customer service which I then called customer service. Every call I made the phone hang up on me, then I called the store again and it was the same guy and tells me I can’t do nothing about it and I told him I can provide any info you need can you just help me find out where the order is. Then he said stayed quiet and hang up the phone. I really wish I had his name so I can type it on this review. I’m never ordering from them again because of this customer service it was so unprofessional of him to do that.

  A great location to go to if you are looking for high-quality yoga or athletic gear. One of the associates here, Isabel, was kind and friendly to speak to.

  I HAVE NEVER WANTED TO WRITE A REVIEW SO QUICKLY. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN. I WAS IN THE STORE TODAY IN SAN DIEGO. THERE WAS A MALE CUSTOMER YELLING, SCREAMING AND CUSSING AT SALES PEOPLE. IT WAS SCARY. EVERYONE IN THE STORE AT THE TIME STOPPED IN THEIR TRACKS. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ESCORTED OUT OF THE STORE BY SECURITY IMMEDIATELY. THE WOMAN, PROBABLY A MANAGER WAITED ON HIM LIKE HE WAS A PRIZED POSSESSION. SHE SHOULD HAVE PROTECTED HER EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE VERY YOUNG AND LOOKED TERRIFIED. I WAS TERRIFIED. IT WAS TERRIBLE THE WAY THEY WERE TREATED BY THE CUSTOMER. THEN ADDING INSULT TO INJURY, THE MANAGER DISMISSED HER EMPLOYEES’ FEELINGS AND CATERED TO THIS OBNOXIOUS, THREATENING CUSTOMER.
