  Absolutely terrible experience at Alo Yoga. A basic return that should have taken 2 minutes turned into a 20+ minute disaster because the staff couldn’t issue a simple gift card. The “manager” a guy with arm tattoos and way to much ego — became defensive and started taking my frustration personally instead of fixing the problem. Watching him spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service just to process a return was honestly embarrassing for a brand that markets itself as “premium.” Disorganized staff, a broken system, and zero professionalism. After this experience, I won’t be shopping at this location again. Honestly, it made me reconsider supporting the brand altogether.

  Worst customer service ever As a tourist visiting the area for the first time, this was by far the worst experience I’ve dealt with a shop. I placed an order for a jacket which they the salesperson told me it would arrive within 2 to 3 days, they didn’t even notify me it would be shipped from New York. And 5 days later, it hasn’t arrived, I haven’t been notified of the shipment tracking number nor that its late due to the weather. The manager wasn’t helpful at all, in fact, we notified them we will be leaving by the time the parcel would arrive, and we offered the solution (not them) to change the addess, they refused following up with that. Not helpful nor supportive, wouldn’t even offer any solutions to help the situation. Tried to get us to call management but we don’t have US numbers. Absolutely ridiculous and worst customer service ever. Highly discourage anyone from ordering any product that would be shipped through the shop.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the San Diego UTC Alo location on Dec 3 around 1:35 PM. I came in only to ask for two paper shopping bags for gift purposes. I had already spent over $500 previously on Alo products and even offered to show my purchase history through my Alo account. The store manager refused solely because I was not making a purchase at that moment, claiming that bags were “running low.” Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with zero attempt to offer help or alternatives. I was forced to make a purchase just to receive a bag and then immediately return it afterward, which is completely absurd for a premium brand. This experience made me feel disrespected and mistrusted as a loyal customer. I truly expected much better from Alo.
