Not competent enough to do her job, had me enter my info on screen when she could easily look up my account like every other associate that I have interacted with, then was rude when I asked what type of bags they offered, rolled her eyes, made me bag my items, refused to share her name, and did mot hand me my receipt. It is these disrespectful entitled associates that push clients to avoid returning.
