  Randomly walked in. Great price on newly released Aviator Ray Ban’s and Oakleys, took advantage of the buy one 40% off any glasses in the store offer. Sales Rep was polite and helpful!

  I came in on Friday evening on the 13th to find a new pair of sunglasses, I wanted to find a Prada or Gucci- something nice Before I got in the store. My kids stepped into the store before me, instantly the woman said they couldn't come in unless I was there. Instead of speaking to me to say the children can't touch glasses- which as a parent I wouldn't let them. She continues to speak to my children in front of me that they are not allowed to touch them. When I got involved she said sorry there's expensive glasses in here then turned back to my children a 3rd time to again tell them how they are not allowed to touch. To the point I couldn't even look at a pair because of this woman getting on my children. I left. I will never buy from this store because of how this woman treated my children in front of me. How dare she continually parent my children in front of me. To the point I couldn't even look at a single pair. I was in the store only for her to rudely parent my children then left so they wouldnt have to deal with her anymore. I did not feel comfortable having my children in the store with this woman, even with my husband present to watch my children so I could look.

  When we visited the San Clemente location, I was appalled at how the man working was berating an older female employee. This man had a beard and blond-ish hair and seemed to be the manager. The older employee was a woman and I could hear him lecturing her on various things and it was very uncomfortable. The woman hustled around trying to appease him, but he was absolutely terrible to her and very unprofessional. He kept hovering around us and was very aggressive in asking us which ones we were choosing and kept trying to upsell us on discounted frames. Later that day, when we came back to return the glasses we bought, he would not return them because we didn't have the physical receipt anymore but we had the picture of it. He remembered us and so did the other employees, but he was very very rude about it even though we provided him with the receipt number and order number. We will NEVER recommend this location to anyone.

  I really like the products but the one if the staff members were rude to me and my girlfriend, also they didn't give us the cleaning cloth for either of our sunglasses and we spent alot of money. Will NOT be returning

  We were on vacation and my boyfriend stepped on his ray vans sunglasses. He wasn't able to wear them so we stopped at this sunglass hut. The girls there adjusted the nose peice and frame and were very helpful. Great customers service.
