Cole Haan is turning nearly a century of iconic footwear inside out. The name—synonymous with timeless style and detailed craftsmanship since 1928—has become a beacon of big thinking, channeling their storied heritage into inventive engineering of the future. By integrating purposeful technology into both modern and classic designs, the global lifestyle brand has further dedicated itself to enabling their extraordinary customers to look the part and feel the part, while pushing the limits on what shoes (and beyond) can do.
The company calls New York City and Greenland, New Hampshire home, but you can find Cole Haan everywhere.
Bought a trench overcoat which was to be shipped and delivered in a few days but after 2 days I rec’d an email that said Cole Haan had canceled the order. There was no explanation and after speaking to the store and to customer service, they claimed that they did not have the coat. They then wanted to sell me a winter top coat that was 5x the price. A typical bait and switch move. They offered me a discount for another coat purchase but even with the discount, it would cost 4x the price I was charged for the coat I ordered. Now I am left with no coat and Cole Haan has my money. This is a very poorly managed company and as of right now I’m being ripped off by the company. Don’t do business with them because they’ll rip you off too. They Shouldn’t be selling items they don’t have in inventory, nor bait people to buy other much more expensive stuff. What a terrible experience and terrible company. If you don’t wanna get ripped off, don’t do business with them.
