- SSSusanJan 3, 20265.0They were all so helpful-store was quiet on new years day as I suspected. I asked if they had a specific item in store (website said they had it) and Nicole was so nice. She found me a few sizes, answered all my questions and checked for other colors. Cashier was so sweet too. I will be back-thank you for your wonderful customer service!
- KRKelli ReaganOct 30, 20251.0Stopped by to return an online purchase (I ordered two sizes to determine best fit) and the store manager was condescending and rude. I was so surprised/shocked by her behavior that I left without taking my item with me (she told me to call customer service because she wouldn't help return it, she claimed company policy). When I realized that I left the item, I returned (about 10 minutes later) and she was folding it as if to put it on a shelf to sell. She had removed it from the plastic bag that it was in and no basic courtesy to even see where I may have walked. Thankfully, she gave it to me and a few days later I went to the Irvine store and the sweet sales guy there returned the item for me! So much for company policy! Will only go to the Irvine store from now on. The store manager at the San Clemente location needs to be retrained ASAP.

We need more people with good customer service like her!!
