  I had a really disappointing experience today at the Columbia outlet store that I feel needs to be addressed. As a young mixed woman, it was incredibly uncomfortable to feel so blatantly racially profiled while simply trying to shop. What made it even more upsetting is that I had visited several other stores in the outlet before and after, and didn’t experience anything remotely similar. No one should feel singled out or unwelcome because of how they look. Shopping should be a neutral, respectful experience for everyone. I hope this is something the store takes seriously and works to improve, because no customer deserves to feel this way.

  Went in to the store to make a return. I didn't have the receipt, but the cashier, Gaby W, was able to find it with my phone number. She then very angrily told me the item looked used and refused to return it. I repeatedly told her it was never used but she kept accusing me of lying so I took my shirt and left. I will never go back to this store. If you need to go to Columbia, go to the one in Orange.

  I love our local Columbia store! They have everything I need to stay warm and cozy all fall/winter. As well, they have everything I need to be comfortable and cool for the spring and summer. Thank you Columbia!! 🥹

  While shopping here Saturday I was being rung up when a woman with a name tag labeled Gaby W came and aggressively belittled the cashier assisting me. She falsely and angrily assumed the cashier was going to forget to remove the attached security tag on the jacket I was purchasing. She rudely commented on this more than once. This was a very unprofessional look and it reflects very poorly on Columbia.
