Jewelry department is extremely rude and judgmental. The counter lady told me directly not to interrupt when she is serving other clients who assumed richer, quoted exact words. I cannot believe what I heard. She thought she is in Paris. If you are a Bay Area young person, this is the wrong place.

1st time come to this store. The lady sit at jewelry dept is rude. She stares at me as I am going to steal something. Maybe I am Asia small old woman, wearing casual. She shut the shelf when I am there to look at the necklace. Then I move to hand bags place. There is one of them is not right position before I am there. She gets out the counter, come near me & fix the hand bag straight, looks like the warning to me: don’t touch it
If u plan to visit here, make sure u dress up as high classes people

Avoid the San Carlos location. We’d been here before but this time we dealt with two rude female employees who never should have been hired. We drove an hour to pick up a bureau on hold and they told us someone else bought it. Unprofessional. Unethical. Get everything in writing if you shop the San Carlos store. Be careful which employee helps you

Hot, and miss but has found good stuff if you look, and keep on going back since they get "new" stuff every week.

Good stuff, high-quality, didn't find anything for myself though. A little hard to find.
