Not only did they fix my glasses within minutes, but they did it for free (they told me that's their policy as long as they carry the brand). Thank you so much, you made my day!

Purchased Ray ban meta glasses online and went in to pick up and employee says “your order has been canceled, we don’t have those in stock” … This started late October. Still have not received my refund even though I have contacted several times! Lame corporate customer service that tells you what you want to hear but NEVER do I receive any “email in a few days” and STILL TO THIS DAY NO REFUND! $499.16 still missing……
