- CGchris gDec 3, 20242.0My install went terrible. The shop itself was great that installed it. But they don’t have any connection to Low Cost Interlock besides installing them. The headache was the staffing at Low Cost. They sent the wrong info on the DL920 form that you turn into the DMV after it’s installed. They misspelt my name, wrong street address spelling and completely wrong city and zip code. Also waited for 2 hours on the line for customer service. And they never answered. And then called me back the next day at 730am when there company isn’t even open! Just a crap show over there. If they can get there crap together at the office there pricing is the best out of all of the interlock companies.
