- DOdenisekindacrafty oOct 21, 20241.0I ran errands all day and on my way home I wanted to stop by Lane Bryant to see if they had the Jean jumpsuit. It was sold out online. As I walked in I see 3 associates at the front and 1 customer toward the register. It was 6:50pm and they close at 7pm. I was somewhat in a hurry as I didn't want to disrupt their closing time. One young lady Courtney asked if I needed help. I said no thank you. Then the associate (Debbie) next to her AGGRESSIVELY stated several times do I need help 1 second later. It was rude. I said no again. This was not a great experience and all three of the ladies were rude. I don't know of it was because it was 10 minutes to closing or what it was but this was not good at all. I know why they acted they way they did and it is ashame that these ladies took it upon themselves to be mean. I found the Jean jumpsuit I wanted but felt terrible so I put it on hold. I will contact corporate tomorrow morning which nothing is going to be done because this seem to be how these ladies present themselves. I have been a Lane Bryant customer since 2010. I received the mailer and waited until October 21, 2024 when the coupon started. Thank you ladies for your rude behavior. Probably should not judge people and be professional with everyone. Worst customer service. Have a great day!
