The arrangement looked ok, but the fruit was all absolutely tasteless! It was very disappointing! Not sure where they get their fruit, but it was absolutely bland and not a single piece was sweet! I would not recommend this company!!!

The order was initially confirmed by a manager as deliverable, which gave me confidence that it would be shipped as planned. However, the very next day saying that the address is too far from them when this was confirmed over the phone yesterday. This unprofessional behavior and lack of communications within their management caused significant inconvenience, including an unexpected extra delivery fee that I had to pay because it is now a same day delivery. I should have checked Google prior placing the order with this store. This track record with negative reviews should have been my red flag.
- RCRaquel CJul 28, 20171.0I'm so disappointed, I ordered these online as a bday gift for my little sister and I opted to add on the birthday wishes dipped fruit box, and when she received them they were not included only the chocolate covered strawberries and birthday balloons were. I called and they said that the second box was not included in my purchase but I did opt into it and reviewed my purchase before confirming it and both boxes showed in my cart so I do not know what went wrong.
