  Great customer service! I was in Citi Trends last night and a light skined women by the name of Saelena helped me. She had an amazing spirit. She went out her way going overboard assisting me. I also agree with a review that I read on Citi Trends reviews that Saelena asked how my day was going and I appreciate that! She told me if I needed any help too just reach out to her or one of the associates. It made me feel really welcomed just asking how my day was doing! People don't do that much anymore, when I was growing up, it seemed like people cared more. Nowadays, it's rare for people to even asked them simple words of how you are doing! I had a great shopping experience last night at Citi Trends, 🥴Anyways! I also agree that the store is well organized! Whoever runs this Fruitridge location must be an outstanding leader and manager because it shows in the well put together with how organized the store is. I also love the customer service experience that I had. I will visit again in the near future.

  I went to Citi Trends on Fruitridge in Sacramento CA, earlier this week and a associate by the name of (Selena) assisted me. She was very respectful, helpful and loving. She asked how I was doing! I actually was having a bad day and she told me that she was sorry that I was having a bad day and to hang in there. She told me that I had come to the right place! Shopping can be fun and can make me 😊 smile! I started to laugh and she started laughing. She brighten up my day! Just by her saying hello and asking me how I was doing today. She said if you need anything or have any questions, please let her or any of the other associates know! I thought that also was wonderful! It made me feel so comfortable! The store was clean and organized!👍🏼 There should be more great customer service reps like Selena . I had a great experience visiting the Fruitridge Citi Trends location. I will definitely come back again! This is my first time doing a review for any business. I just had to leave a review for Miss Selena! She is a beautiful person inside out! ☺️☺️☺️

  I took my 3 year old son into this location to purchase a couple outfits for the 4th of July,as I knew he was gonna get really dirty on that holiday...The dark skinned,slinder built, young lady that wears glasses and the lite brown,chubby built young lady,(both are employee's) immediately began talking lowly and making comments about me and my 3yr old...At that point,I wanted to just leave everything on the counter and walk out,but I wanted to teach them about judging a book by it's cover(so to speak)...So,I made the$58+ purchase and left the store...10-15 minutes later,as I was putting my groceries in the car from the FOODS CO, I look towards the City Trends store (as I'm still angry about the experience I had in the store) I see two people walk out of the CITY TRENDS,with arms full of clothes,still on the hangers...INSTANT KARMA !!! But,honestly DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY IN A STORE IN A STORE,WHERE THE EMPLOYEES TALK ABOUT YOU LIKE YOU ARE BENEATH THEM,AND JUDGE YOU WITHOUT KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT YOU...They CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! I'm only giving them one star because it won't let me give them a ZERO!!!
