  My husband thought he was getting me over 12 roses. It was gonna be a full bouquet and a huge pink vase as you can see in the photo we got none of that. We received 12 roses and a dollar tree vase. My leafs were all falling off and it's not full at all. Very disappointed false advertisement he paid $130 for this. Edibles Box was fine I'm a flower woman though and feel bad that my husbands hard earned money went to sad flowers he's disappointed

  I ordered from Canada for my son’s birthday for the 3rd year in a row. The other 2 orders were thru Elk Grove, who were amazing. Happy to report that this location also did a terrific job, on delivery & product!! Thank you so much for helping me make his birthday special from far away!! He says the cake is delicious, & so are the new confetti-covered strawberries!!! Thx!!

  I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order. The order was initially confirmed by a manager as deliverable, which gave me confidence that it would be shipped as planned. However, the very next day saying that the address is too far from them when this was confirmed over the phone yesterday. This unprofessional behavior and lack of communications within their management caused significant inconvenience, including an unexpected extra delivery fee that I had to pay because it is now a same day delivery. I should have checked Google prior placing the order with this store. This track record with negative reviews should have been my red flag.

  I called this shop and was helped by Heather who went to great length to help me with my order!!! : ) I was calling from CT and tried the online order system which was not good at all, not user friendly!!! I decided to call to a shop in Sacramento directly to see if I could find someone to help me. Heather was amazing, patient, and very nice!!! It took awhile to do the order and it was time for her to leave for the day and she stayed on the phone and finished up my orders to make sure they were done correctly. Fantastic!!! Thank you so much for that!!! She put in my order via there computer system and sent one order over to the shop for delivers to an address I had in Sacramento that was not in her shops delivery area. The manager of the other shop, Elvira, was very abrupt and not helpful while we were on a conference call with her which is why Heather handled it for me. Thank you again! I am so glad I called her shop and she helped me!!! I will always call her shop when I have orders for gifts to family in Sacramento!!! Thank you so much Heather for being so wonderful!!! They are very fortunate to have you there and I hope they appreciate you!!! : )
