  I bought a pair shoes at the checkout the manager asked me do you want to free spray for shoes I accept the free spray then I sawed she changed me for that 0 star

  It was my first time visiting this store. There was a young Black woman working there who treated me very poorly. She spoke to me rudely; I tried to get her attention multiple times, but she kept ignoring me. I have never encountered such unprofessional staff before—and I was just about to purchase a pair of shoes worth $200. I ended up walking out of the store empty-handed because she did not treat me with courtesy. I told her that if a customer calls out to you, you are supposed to acknowledge them—to which she simply replied, "no. Thanks for really good experience. Good staff of the world .

  Decent selection of shoes. They don’t have many options for women’s ankle boots though (for my lady). If you aren’t going for work boots then you’ll find a nice pair of shoes.

  Very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately this place either have a bad management, or corporate don't care. Entering coupon is too much work for them even though you have it on your phone. They don't talk about the sales at all with their customers on the sale floor there is no customer service, and when you take a item to them that is mispriced they refuse to honor it.
