  Terrible customer service at the Oakley store in Westfield Galleria I came in planning to buy two pairs of sunglasses. The staff (Dylan and Brady) clearly told me that they would match the online price and also apply a 30% discount on the second pair. Based on that, I decided to proceed with the purchase. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged more than expected. When I brought up the promised 30% discount, they suddenly said that no discount would be applied because they had already matched the online price. That was never explained upfront, and it felt very misleading. In the middle of all this, they also offered me a second pair from the display instead of a new one. I agreed, assuming it would be discounted accordingly. Instead, they charged me the same price as a brand-new pair. The box they gave me was damaged, and when I opened it, the sunglasses themselves had visible scratches. This is completely unacceptable for something sold at full price. When I asked them to adjust the price or refund the difference, they laughed it off and refused to help. Because I have a slight accent, it was harder for me to argue, and they clearly took advantage of that and dismissed my concerns. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I felt misled and disrespected as a customer. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

  Customer service is lacking. Brady sold me a set of glasses failed to offer insurance. The same day my glasses were damaged. I went to the livermore Oakley Vault and purchased a replacement set of glasses four days later Mitch informed me that they have accidental damage insurance available. I bought the insurance. I called the Roseville vault to ask if it was supposed to be offered at check out. It was and Brady failed to offer it. They basically said our bad your out of luck. Corporate customer service has been of little help.

  Great input from the staff, figured out my prescription lenses made made using replacement lenses not feasible. They tried really hard to make them work, but it the end it was not to be. Found a new pair of glasses, I am happy with the new look!

  The quality of service is hit or miss but it’s the only Oakley shop in my area with an optometrist so no choice. I’m a big fan of Oakley prescription frames and especially their lens quality.
