Recently, however, my experience fell short of those expectations. After ordering an anniversary bracelet, I experienced a lack of proactive communication regarding its arrival. While I did receive a text message, I did not receive the email that I was told was sent, and there was no additional outreach when no response was received from me. Ultimately, I went into the store myself to inquire about the order. For a luxury brand, the communication felt impersonal and inconsistent. I believe that regardless of purchase amount, every customer should receive the same level of care and follow-through. When I visited the store, the associate apologized for the communication lapse and kindly provided a holiday ornament, which I appreciated. My bracelet has now been sent out for sizing, and I look forward to a smooth and timely completion of the process.”

I was horrified they tried to get me to buy/replace a 15 year old chain rather than repair it. When in fact it was after the repair done through the Roseville store that created the issue with the chain. Sell sell sell, avoid this store they only want to sell and not offer any of the customer service traditions their legacy was built on. As a previous review states, it’s like going to a Walmart. Very frustrating and disappointing.
