- Aас тамMar 6, 20261.0Very frustrating experience at Sunglass Hut in the Roseville mall. I purchased Ray-Ban Meta glasses at this store. During the purchase, the employee told me that with my receipt I could come back and buy a second pair of glasses with a 50% discount. I tried on several pairs but didn’t want to rush the decision, so I asked the employee directly if I could come back another day to use the discount. He clearly told me that I could come back anytime with the receipt. Because of this information, I decided not to buy the second pair that day. When I came back to the store today, ready to purchase another pair, a different employee told me that the discount only works on the same day as the original purchase and refused to honor what their colleague had told me. This situation feels very misleading. Customers rely on the information given by store employees. If the employee had told me that the discount was only valid on the same day, I would have purchased the second pair immediately. Instead, I followed the instructions given to me by your staff and came back later, only to find out that the information was incorrect. This left me very disappointed and frustrated with the service.
