    Sold me a pair of meta sun glasses with blown out speakers was told to contact ray band instead offering a store credit or exchange. I had to ask to be on a wait-list for the glasses instead of being offered that as a solution. Sitting with a pair of metas with blown out speakers.

    The guy at the counter said you have hasle free 30 days return window and 1 year warranty for free replacement. When I came to replace the glasses from xl to normal size in 30 days window, it appeared that I can't do, because glasses not in perfect condition (we put them back on shelf and sell as new, he said, this glasses we can sell as new) and I don't have a warranty, because I didn't pay for it $60. Let's say he wasn't honest at all.
