I only ever leave positive reviews. It's not in my nature to discredit companies or restaurants but with my experience in the last several months, I do not recommend Shane Co. My boyfriend and I chose a ring back in the summer. I was initially told to put my contact info for layaway. I asked if I would be notifed of anything related to the rings other than future cleanings and Kim said no.
I have received an email every single month about payments despite switching contact info to my boyfriend's. I contacted online service to do so after the first email notifying me about the ring. I called to change it when I received the 3rd email. My boyfriend has called twice as well. The final nail was receiving a call telling me that the ring was ready and for it to be picked up. I called back and said please change all contact to my boyfriends. The next morning I received another email about the ring.
We have now contacted them 7 times and this company has ruined the surprise. They have not offered more than an apology or compensation and at this point I am willing to take my business elsewhere. DO NOT give them your business.

Just wanted to get a chain repaired. They just wanted to sell me something. Ended up buying a new chain because evidently old 1 couldn't be repaired. Made me wait 45 minutes constantly leaving me to check on other customers. Not like when I originally bought the necklace. They lost my business where before I would go no where else. It was a terrible experience.

Incredible experience working with Kim! She was very attentive and helpful. I asked to see a few different items and even retry styles and she remained so patient until we found what we loved and in our budget. Not once did I feel like she was pushing a sale on us. Highly recommend Shane Co. and asking for Kim!

My husband purchased my Engagement Ring, wedding band, and my 10-year anniversary band, as well as other rings, earrings, etc. here at Shane’s Today when I came to drop off my rings for service, I was very disappointed. We came to Shane’s for the impeccable service, now it feels like I am cattle at the local Walmart. For something that used to take 5-10 minutes I was in the store for about 40 minutes, ‘helped’ by multiple people who don’t bother looking at you in the face or looking at your file, and treated like a number not a valued customer. The first person to help me was a lady in a blue blazer. After I explained that I would like my missing stone replaced and engagement ring cleaned, I said that I would also like my other ring cleaned and reshaped (it’s silver and I work with my hands). She very rudely said well did you buy it from here. Is it one of ours? Then she proceeds to tell me that she helping multiple people so she’ll get back to me (while she has my jewelry) So I go back and sit and wait. Another gentleman comes to help me. Doesn’t know my info, and then tries to plot my diamond. I have made it very clear at every single appt, that I do not want them to point out the inclusions in my diamond every time I bring it in. I have been told it says that in my file but they continue to do it. They say it’s so I know I get my actual diamond back. It feels like a sales ploy to point out the flaws and when I say that I always get hit with the, but you can always upgrade your diamond. What used to be an upper class service has dropped very low. When I asked to speak with the manager, the door guy/host said he was a manager and he could help me. I asked for the store manager but one never came. Highly disappointed. I won’t be having my husband buy any of my future jewelry here. Great way to make lifetime customers.

From the moment we entered, service was excellent. The security guard out front held the door open for us. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and politely told us someone would be right with us. We looked around and within minutes someone called our name.
Our salesperson, Dempsey was a delight. We told him what we wanted to look for and he showed us all the different options. No pressure, just explained everything and did not make us feel rushed even though the store was busy.
