  Service was friendly and fast! The staff made my upgrade so easy, and the sizing was done quickly as well. They have lots of beautiful choices to pick from, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them. The lifetime warranty was definitely a factor Knowing I can bring my ring in for cleanings inspections, and maintenance makes me feel so much better about wearing it every day

  Matt Lines did an excellent engraving job. This piece was very precious to me. Matt completed the beautiful request in just one day. I feel so grateful to him that he was the one who created my Little Bear necklace. He was very nice. Additionally, Arleen Roberts was very helpful, kind, and celebrated in the joy of having this jewelry piece created. Arleen helped guide me with suggestions and ultimately help me make the right decisions in the lay out of engraving. Thank you so very much to you both Matt and Arleen.   Every single experience I’ve had at Shane Co. has been incredible. They’re always so helpful and there’s never any pressure. I came to get earrings cleaned and inspected, and they even offered to clean my other jewelry that I bought from another store. Today while I was waiting for my earrings to be cleaned, I wanted to take a look at a ring that I’ve seen online, that might end up being my engagement ring. Christina took a lot of time showing me the ring I wanted, a slightly larger ring of the same style because I was on the fence about size, and multiple options for wedding bands. She made the entire experience incredible and so much fun. We will definitely be back for all of our jewelry needs!

  Shout-out to Mackenzie (Mack) for his enthusiasm in indulging my 8 year old and testing the "diamond" he found at the park. My wife and I were picking up our rings after their free 6-month cleaning/certification and we had our kids with us. Our son had this fake gem on him that he had recently found... I asked one of the floor people if they could look at it (with a wink and a nod) and they jumped on it, asked Mackenzie to look at it, and he was so genuine and kind about it all. He took us all over to the testing machine and broke the news with care. When our son asked how much it might be worth, he had the perfect answer: "I think it's priceless." Thanks, Mack!
