  I want to raise serious concerns about the conduct of two security employees at this location. I was shopping with my underage daughter, who was accused of stealing. Rather than conducting a lawful investigation or notifying law enforcement, one of the security staff members opened the dressing room door while my daughter was inside and undressed. My daughter is only 10 years old. This incident was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. The security personnel involved did not appear to communicate clearly in English, which made the situation even more confusing and concerning. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the employee was allowed to do this. The security staff also refused to provide their names and were not wearing name tags. I later identified the individuals involved as NICO CIS and EMMANUEL SUSBILLA. Due to the seriousness of this incident and the invasion of my daughter’s privacy, I am pursuing legal action and have notified the police. I have attached their picture below for awareness. Given that security staff are responsible for ensuring customer safety, I believe this situation deserves immediate review by management and corporate leadership. I strongly encourage Nordstrom Rack to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure that the individuals representing the store meet appropriate professional and ethical standards. Customers should feel safe and respected when shopping. Incidents like this undermine trust and create a deeply unsafe environment for families.

  Communication is fantastic. I emailed the store email listed on Google and got an immediate response with the info I needed regarding shoe shining. The shoe shine department is fantastic. Ask for Noe.

  in the beauty department, i bought parfum de marley back in november and i was absolutely pleased until i saw a lady hit another lady. she is a short british lady who works there for parfum de marley and that is something that needs to be addressed immediately. the name on my receipt is Pinna P. and i’ve been skeptical about coming back to the beauty department and just shopping online instead. nordstrom needs to have better employee with better dress codes. it’s not the same as it used to be.
