Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.
All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.
I wanted to give a shoutout to Emily, who helped me with my translation. She helped me exchange an item with one online, even going as far as to order it on the spot for me and helping me transfer the funds to that purchase. She was both professional and friendly, and I had a great experience thanks to her.
Overall, I’ve always been greeted or helped when coming to this location.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life today at the Lululemon store in Roseville. I went in to return two pairs of pants and the employees refused to offer any exchange or refund. I explained calmly that I was not asking for money back or even a gift card. I simply wanted a reasonable solution. Instead, the cashier and the staff completely ignored what I was saying and showed zero interest in helping me.
Their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did not listen, did not offer alternatives, and made no effort to resolve the issue. I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable and it honestly felt like a scam.
I strongly do not recommend buying anything from this store. If something goes wrong with your purchase, do not expect them to help you or stand behind their products. This was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

The best in-store experience I’ve had at a Lululemon (of the ones I’ve visited so far). Nate, David and Noë were all excellent, I was in such a good mood, I happily bought an anorak I probably didn’t quite need yet (weather wise)😊.
