  What's not to love about a new bag from LV? All of the latest bags are amazing and can confirm the warranty from older bags is amazing! Ive had a certain issue with a small bag and it has been taken care of at this branch several times. With our latest visit , we didn't have the best staff member but we still made a purchase. Staff member was defined standoff ish, after our purchase the staff members attitude was a complete 180 degrees different.

  “I visited this Louis Vuitton store recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite being a paying customer looking to shop for a high-end product, I felt the staff were unprofessional and dismissive. One of the associates responded rudely to a lighthearted comment and implied I wouldn’t be let in if I joked again, which felt entirely disrespectful. I left feeling that my presence and appearance weren’t respected. I hope the management can address this, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service one expects from such a luxury brand.”

  I recently visited the Galleria store to inquire on a repair for my vintage Geronimos bag. Dion assisted us. He was very kind, knowledgeable and appreciative of LV product and he was overall an absolute pleasure to chat with. Thank you Dion! - 1111 -
