- QQQueenieJan 4, 20262.0Had the displeasure of shopping here a while ago, the floors were frankly disgusting and the customer service was a mixed bag. By the time I was at checkout I was just hoping my things would be scanned quickly so I could leave but that didn't happen. I was buying a few sweaters but wanted them in different colors that were not available in store at that time, I went to checkout and asked the worker to help me with ordering the sweaters and having it delivered. She was very sweet but obviously new to retail so even though it took a while, I was patient with her. After she was finished, she wanted to confirm she did everything correctly with her manager. Her manager I think was named Kim was incredibly rude to her and raising her voice unnecessarily. She was so disrespectful to the employee that was helping me it ended up making me feel very uncomfortable and lowkey ruined my day. I think Kim noticed the way I was looking at her because after 5 minutes of listening to her act like the employee helping me was stupid and made a mistake she finally realized everything was done correctly and jokingly apologized for her tone. The thing is she apologized to ME and not the nice employee who was helping me. JUST BECAUSE SHE’S YOUR EMPLOYEE DOESN’T MEAN YOU CAN DISRESPECT HER LIKE THAT. If my boss embarrassed me in-front of a customer like that I would be mortified! Definitely would not be coming back.
