They were ready to provide input on sizing and additional options which even swayed me to purchase a set of boots myself. While you can shop online for the convenience, you go in-store to receive an experience which cannot be replicated online. This location provides that excellent customer experience which instills confidence in the product you’re buying because of the staff’s attentiveness and product knowledge.

They helped walk me through the process of figuring out what boots were right for me, how to take care of them, and quelled any worries I had about pulling the trigger on the purchase. My boots feel great after breaking them in, and I would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of Docs, socks for said Docs, bags, etc.
