  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Devons Jewelers in the Roseville Galleria, and I can’t recommend them enough. Dave, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me through one of the most important purchases of my life—choosing the perfect engagement ring. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, from the different diamond options to the settings, making sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. His knowledge and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Dave also helped me pick out my fiancée’s wedding band, and when we returned together, he helped her find the perfect band for me as well. It truly felt like a personalized experience from start to finish. The level of customer service here is exceptional. They’ve also been incredibly helpful with ongoing services like resizing rings and cleaning them free of charge, which shows they genuinely care about their customers even after the sale. On top of that, Dave added me to the Rolex waitlist and has been great about keeping me updated along the way. His communication and transparency have been much appreciated, and I’m really hoping he’ll be able to come through and help me get my dream watch. Overall, Devons Jewelers delivers outstanding customer service, expertise, and a welcoming atmosphere. Dave and the team made a big moment in my life even more special, and I’m grateful for their help every step of the way. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been going to Devon’s for about 3 years now. Always get treated by the upmost respect and Sam always guides me in the right direction when shopping for the Mrs. Great local jewelry store that are personable.

  My boyfriend and I went to look at engagement rings and we had a wonderful experience with Hajar! She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She made the experience very personal and was overall kind & caring! Definitely recommend having Hajar help with all your needs at DeVons!

  I had an unbelievable experience at the DeVons Jeweler store in Roseville, I want to give a special shout-out to Oscar. He is by far the best representative I’ve ever worked with. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. His communication and knowledge was flawless the entire time — professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. Oscar went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and truly exceeded every expectation we had. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help, and he made what could have been a complicated process feel effortless. This has been one of the best luxury-buying experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re in Roseville and thinking of visiting the DeVons store, do yourself a favor and ask for Oscar. He made the entire experience exceptional, and I can’t recommend him enough. We will definitely be back soon to see Oscar when we are ready for our next special item.

  I am a novice when it comes to watches and jewelry as a whole but Oscar was extremely helpful during our visit. He set clear expectations and explained things I felt too embarrassed to ask such as why different watches couldn’t just be purchased off the shelf. I came in looking for a watch to celebrate a career milestone. We ended up spending over an hour talking all things Rolex as well as engagement rings for my soon to be fiancé. All in all, I feel good about working with Oscar and where our hard earned money is going.
