I had to request the sale associate double check that all my items were accounted for in the sealed bag I was given. Associate assured me the items were all present. I guess I should have ripped open the bag and triple checked because when I got home I discovered two items from my order were missing. Incredibly frustrating experience. Staff putting the onus of the work on the customer is maddening.

She didn’t even bother to say ‘welcome,’ yet she had no problem greeting the person behind me like royalty. If this is her idea of doing her job, it’s embarrassing. Maybe she should focus less on sizing customers up and more on actually acknowledging them.

Kinda feel pressured, and they stare at you as you’re shopping, rushing you they have anxiety and want for you to just buy something and leave.
